Well, here we are about halfway through the year - new site for us so I figured I should say something whether it's relevant or not.
The past few weeks have been interesting, to say the least. Make that past few months. And here we are on the verge of "opening up" again. I already miss the quiet. I get that people want to get on with their lives. I can't wait for live music to be a thing again. I would love to go busking without fear of being infected or exposing others to this nefarious virus.
But, I just don't know if we're there yet. I have no doubt we will get there eventually, but the only reason we are able to do this "soft opening" now is because we had a "hard close" that allowed more beds to open up for those who will likely need them. Getting on with our lives shouldn't mean risking ourselves or others with a horrible sickness, though. So maybe I'm a little skeptical about hanging out in public places where people aren't as cautious as I am and think we all should be. I may be wrong, I hope I am. None the less I'm keeping the face cover on for a while. If nothing else it should let you know I care.
OTHER NEWS: New release coming soon called "The Dogs are at the Gate". We're working on finalizing the master and trust us, you'll all be the first to know.
Remember, we love you all. Take care of yourselves and your cats, dogs, birds, rodents, reptiles and marsupials. Talk soon.
